Lisa Lee leads the Strategy, Signal, Industry, and Research (S2IR) team for one of the largest technology companies in the world, driving decisions to build, buy, or partner. Her team develops strategies around emerging tech such as AI security and quantum safe computing, supports the offices of the CISO/Chief Strategy Officer, Security CTO, and Microsoft Research (security), and also works closely with venture capital/private equity firms. Lisa supports engagements with global regulators, advises C-level execs, and is a cybersecurity thought leader. Prior to Microsoft, Lisa served as a Federal IT Bank Examiner, leading the teams that developed the first cybersecurity assessment tool and first guidelines for cloud computing and assisting with writing the first authentication guidelines for online banking. She founded/co-founded mentoring, networking, and student education programs for the Executive Women’s Forum and serves on the EWF Board of Advisors. Lisa was selected as a Woman of Influence by CSO Magazine and as one of 100 Empowering Women by Sigma Delta Tau.
