Candy Alexander – President of the Board, ISSA International & CISO, NeuEon, Inc.
Ms. Alexander has over 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity profession, receiving multiple international industry recognition awards. She has held several positions as CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for which she developed and managed corporate cybersecurity programs. She is now working as CISO and Cyber Risk Practice lead for NeuEon, Inc. assisting companies large and small to improve their cyber risk and security programs through effective business alignment. Ms. Alexander is a leader within the cyber profession, where her contributions include being twice-elected as Information Systems Security Association’s (ISSA) International President, Chief Architect for the Cyber Security Career Lifecycle, and a long-standing Director on the International Board. She is also the inaugural President and past Board Member of the ISSA Education and Research Foundation. Ms. Alexander has been instrumental in establishing and co-leading the annual ISSA/ESG research project to better understand challenges face by cybersecurity professionals world-wide.
Jon Oltsik – Senior Principal Analyst & ESG Fellow, Enterprise Strategy Group
Jon Oltsik is an ESG senior principal analyst, an ESG fellow, and the founder of the firm’s cybersecurity service. With over 30 years of technology industry experience, Jon is widely recognized as an expert in all aspects of cybersecurity and is often called upon to help customers understand a CISO's perspective and strategies. Jon focuses on areas such as cyber-risk management, security operations, and managed security services.
