Vienna, VA – October 5, 2021 – The Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), the premier non-profit cybersecurity professional association, honored recipients of the 2021 ISSA Awards at its Virtual Gala last week. ISSA annually recognizes excellence in information security professionals, the companies they work for, and the chapters to which they belong.
“For over 20 years ISSA has recognized the individuals working hard to advance their skills and the cybersecurity profession at large in the mission to protect organizations around the world from cyber threats,” said Candy Alexander, Board President, ISSA International. “With each passing year the cybersecurity challenges continue to increase and we are honored to recognize the individuals who are facing these challenges head on. ISSA awards recipients represent many of the industry's most renowned security professionals who have helped to shape the industry and who have in turn helped to train and inspire the next generation.”
