Connie Matthews Reynolds – CEO, ReynCon

Connie Matthews Reynolds is the Founder and CEO of ReynCon, a cybersecurity training and consulting provider. She is a passionate cybersecurity expert who has worked in the industry for over 18 years.

ReynCon focuses on training and development in InfoSec/Cybersecurity domains. They work with companies to build comprehensive programs that drive positive change in the business and upskill their teams.

Connie’s passion drove her to start her own company, ReynCon Educational Services & Training, offering cybersecurity training to help educate companies and individuals seeking to build awareness toward soft and technical cybersecurity training.

Connie is a trailblazer in the Ohio tech industry and was recently named among 11 recipients of Verizon’s inaugural Ohio Trailblazers Award. She was a finalist for the Cyber Security Woman of The World and Cyber Security Woman Volunteer.

She is also the President of Central Ohio ISSA, Co-Chair – Leadership Team – ISSA International, and Advisor, Per Scholas, Columbus, OH. She also serves as an advisor for Netskope, Breach Siren, Strategic Advisor, and Chair, CyberOhio and Accelerating Angels.

Tal Kollender – CEO, Gytpol

Tal Kollender is CEO, CISO and co-founder of Gytpol. In her teenage years, she was a professional hacker, always on the hunt to crack open what seemed impossible, always on the lookout for IT challenges. As part of her army service, Tal was recruited to the IT Corp Cyber Security-Systems Division, where she served as an ICT cyber specialist. Tal’s professional career took her to Dell EMC where she was a Cyber expert & System Security Architect, before creating Gytpol with her co-founders.  Gytpol is an Israeli Cybersecurity company that provides services to monitor, identify, and remediate risks caused by misconfigurations, from the eyes of a hacker on the network.  Tal was recognized as 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year, awarded by the United Cybersecurity Alliance.
