What would you do if you could start from scratch? We've all been there. The Department of One. Responsible for everything from Endpoint Security, to compliance, to the locks on the office doors. In this talk through the lens of a case study, we will discuss prioritization, tooling, and which problems to tackle in house and which to farm out to vendors or service providers.
