Jorge Orchilles is a published author who holds post-grads from Stanford and Florida International University in Advanced Computer Security & Master of Science in Management Information Systems respectively. Jorge leads the offensive security teams in a large financial institution, serves on the Board of Directors of the ISSA South Florida Chapter since 2010 and is on the Board of Advisors for a Cloud Security company.
Before joining HP, Ron performed IT Security consulting in the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to that, Ron gained over 15 years’ experience as a Cyber Officer in the US Air Force. Having spent years on the front lines of cyber warfare providing cyber resilience for the nation’s top information, Ron utilizes his background helping organizations understand the war between cyber security professionals and cyber criminals, and ward against the booming business of cyber corporate espionage.

Kip is a co-author of chapter 68, “Outsourcing Security Functions,” in The Computer Security Handbook, 5th & 6th Editions. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems at the University of Tampa, an M.S. in Management at Troy State University, and a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership from Seattle University.
Andrea Hoy serves as the president of ISSA International and the chairperson of the ISSA Financial SIG. Andrea is the founder of A. Hoy & Associates, a “virtual CISO” provider that offers companies infosecurity consulting, incident response training, assistance with establishing policies and procedures to comply with NIST CyberSecurity Framework and other related services. Notably, Andrea has represented the US as diplomat to China on eDiscovery and forensics.
