Statement of Goals
I have served at the local level and on multiple international committees. As a director I will work hard to increase the value and benefits of ISSA membership and our global outreach.
To increase and enhance:
access to education, training and certification, and networking programs to provide opportunities for members to grow and enhance their careers.
opportunities and support for regional conferences, forums allowing more personal interaction among members and fellow practitioners.
Communications by reaching out to other security and security-related organizations, such as ISACA, CompTIA, and IEEE, to initiate meaningful dialogues and cross organizational discussions.
outreach to academia focusing both on security education and also on students who will be the security practitioners of tomorrow and are a resource for ISSA membership.
programs available to smaller chapters and members who do not have access to the benefits of a chapter.
Be available and responsive to our membership and perform my duties attending to those areas most important to the future of the association and its membership.
