Join Joy Barton - Security Training and Policy Program Manager, Providence Health and Services as she presents "Security Awareness: Breaking Through the Noise by Coming Through the Side Door: Awareness Campaigns I’ve Tried, the Lessons I’ve Learned, and My Wish List."
Beyond technology, educating employees in security practices is a key security strategy, but no one is knocking on the door asking for our information. Typical of many companies today, our employees are dealing with rapid change while doing more with less - they hardly have time to look up. Learn about the strategies which motivate busy people to learn and why coming in the side door can be more effective than the frontal attack.
Joy Barton has served as the Security Training and Policy Program Manager for Providence Health & Services for more than seven years. Providence is a $10 billion nonprofit health system offering a variety of services, including 33 hospitals and home care services spanning five states.
